I can't offer you the endorsement of SM-14 by America's top educational leaders. They are refusing to recognize that they have committed the biggest educational and intellectual blunder in history by claiming that the scientific method does not exist and not including it in any national educational reform program. They ignore my reports, letters, and all the evidence I have compiled.

Dr. W.I.B. Beveridge is the author of the famous and often-cited books The Art of Scientific Investigation (1957) and Seeds of Discovery (1980). After studying my booklets, he wrote: "Your proposal to teach SM-14 not only to young scientists but also as part of general education is excellent, and I wish you success." From Canada, I offer:
